Welcome to my little piece of cyber-space.
Since the early 1990's I have held an interest in fine Scottish malt whisky, to the point where I decided to begin collecting rather than just drinking it.
'The Cellar' is now home to my collection which comprises a vast array of different malt whiskies from the undoubtedly collectible Macallans to the eminently drinkable peaty offerings of the Isle of Islay.
My second great hobby is landscape photography, therefore I have now opened 'The Gallery' to display some of my works within themed collections.
As for me, I consider myself very lucky to live in Bavaria, near to Munich, which is a truly beautiful area of Europe.
In the above picture you see me relaxing during a visit Munich's botanical gardens in January 2004, just after taking some of the Tropical Butterfly pictures which can be seen in The Gallery.
On the left you see 2 of the 3 lovely Ladies in my life. This picture was taken in 2002 at their 'first meeting' when Kiara was just 5 weeks old.
